Ee Heng qualified as a veterinarian from Massey University in 2003 and has worked solely in small animal practice, gaining experience in the care of cats, dogs and pocket pets like rabbits and guinea pigs. He has practised in New Zealand, the UK, and Sydney where in 2009 he successfully became a member of the Australian and NewZealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Radiology.
Ee is interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine but has a special interest in radiology, ultrasonography and medicine.
Outside of work, Ee enjoys going for a surf and a dive and a wide range of sports, though these days most of his spare time is kept busy with his first baby daughter.
Sam qualified as a veterinarian from Massey University in 2017 and has worked as a small animal vet since graduating. Sam has recently moved up to Auckland from a small animal practice in Taupo.
Sam is passionate about all areas of veterinary medicine but has a special interest in dermatology and pathology.
Outside of work, Sam loves playing the cello and performing yoga.
Krysta was born and bred in the small town of Whakatane in the Bay of Plenty. She moved to the City of Sails in 2011 to pursue a faster paced lifestyle. Her passion for animals led her to complete a Diploma in Veterinary nursing at UNITEC, graduating in 2015.
Krysta has a keen interest in small animal dentistry, surgical nursing and feline medicine (she is a crazy cat lady, after all).
Outside of work, Krysta enjoys travelling, snowboarding, exploring new restaurants and spending time with her partner and their crazy ginger cat, Pumpkin.
Samantha worked at Kaukapakapa Vets for 3 years dealing with large and small animals after completing her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing. She enjoys working in a team and is interested in surgery and radiology.
Samantha has a cat and a dog. Her cats name is Pookie who she's had for 10 years and Ruubah who was named by her husband after the rum, Coruba. Samantha really enjoys crocheting and being creative in her own time.
Gabby graduated with a Diploma in Veterinary nursing from UNITEC in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Auckland.The most rewarding aspect of her job is caring for hospitalized and surgical patients.Gabby has a soft spot for large breed dogs and is passionate about making a visit to our clinic as positive as possible for all patients
Clare gained a Bachelor of Science with Honours in 2006. Along with being a veterinarian nurse, she is a full-time mum. Clare's special interest include puppy training and acupuncture.Clare adopted 3 stray domestic short haired cats who are all special in their own right.
